Does anyone have a ballpark figure what it would cost to rake a streetglide with labor and parts? 26 inch wheel, trees, neck (cut and weld), Etc.

My buddy has 2010 street glide at an Indy. He's raking it using triple trees. Labor & parts including 26" wheel & tire is $5600 plus whatever else he needs.

It will cost about $3k - $3,500.00 to rake it. Then you need a wheel.

If you have a welder and feel comfortable in doing the work yourself you could probably get the trees and neck kit for around a grand or less, if not your probably looking at 2000 and up to cut and rake ( trees included). I have been researching this also. Kewl Metal has a 40 degree pro street kit that requires no cutting of the neck but its pricey, about $3000. Wheel, tire and fender will probably add at least another $2500.

about 2k with parts and labor or a little more depending on what you go with and who does it
There are its that claim you dont have to cut to go with a 26 and even a 30 but im gonna cut and rake too.
anyway the price depends on what company you go with, pickards is real nice.
Lump

ps a 26 or 30 tire and wheel is above the 2k$

Check with these folks as shown below. Not sure what the deal is with their offers. Not sure if the price shown is for the rake to include front rubber, rim, fender, and rotor(s). Seems awful pricey for just the rake itself ? ? ?

word of warning - make sure you don't screw up the bike's trail - I can't remember the right number (4-6"?) but too much or too little will cause an ill handling machine. that much rake in the trees only doesn't sound like it'll be right. here's an online tool to calculate trail http://www.motorcyclemetal.com/Download2.html

I spoke with hawg halters during Daytona bike week and they said it would cost $3800 plus wheel and fender. Covington said $4500 plus wheel and fender. I liked the way Covington did their bikes better than others. They were raked but didn't look to raked with a 26 wheel
