Thumbs up LRS. WOW, talk about customer service!!!

I was gonna reply to another thread about their LRS shield when I decided to call LRS instead. I have a Memphis Shades on my Road King and recently found they no longer offer the Flat Top for my fairing. I originally ordered this a few months ago and was not as tall as I hoped it would be.

Just got off the phone with James and he is sending me another shield, taller and with no expectation of sending the old shield back. I told him I would not post until I received the new shield and tried it but felt compelled to make this post.

Just wanted to post this to let everyone know what a stand up company LRS is. I can't say how impressed I am and would recommend LRS to anyone that is in the market for a shield for their bike, no matter the fairing type.

Sorry James as I know I said I would not say anything until I received the new shield but I have little doubt I will be more that happy with the new shield. If not you were kind enough to let me keep the Flat Top. HUGE kudos to LRS and their customer service. We need more companies like this!!!

Beware of LRS shields. They shatter on impact and become lethal. Buy polycarbonate!

Waiting on my LRS that's due in today 03-29...Yeah that's great!

Updated: Installed easy and tested fine...looks good...more of a compact appearance. Went with the 16" clear. While waiting on this I finished making some Windshield lock brackets. Make from some old track shelf brackets cut out with a metal band saw. They work...could be prettier...but you'd have to look close to see them. Functional too.

This is not true. Our shields are made from an impact-modified acrylic. It is DOT approved and shatterproof. They can break on impact, yes. But, not shatter and become lethal. An acrylic shield that is not "modified" does shatter as you say, but NOT ours.
And we do offer polycarbonate shields as well. Our Ultra Elite is made from the highest grade polycarbonate with a glass hard coating on both sides.
Appreciate the kind words Mike.
