Default wiring 2009 eglide

I have a 2009 electraglide 103. I want to put a set of heads on it that have auto decompression valves, Is the wiring already there?

Harley does have the plugs already in the wiring harness for some things.

I just had a look in the HD manuals for my 09 EG and I couldn't find any wiring for ACRs.But my old neighbor has a 2009 Trike which had the 103 and the wiring was there for ACRs.

In addition to the wiring they must be turned on in the ECM by a Harley dealer or tuner guy.

In '09 the 103ci motor was not available as an option from the factory. It was listed in the accessory catalog.
The ACR was not installed in the Bike's wiring. Any wiring was part of the kit.
