Considering invoice on the 14 FLHTK is $20,720 Harley is still making a nice profit even at $2,300 off MSRP. Go to http://www.seedealercost.com/powersports and you can see how much profit the dealers are making on the Harley's. I bought my 2012 FLHTK for $3,000 under MSRP in March 2012. I got my 2014 for $1.773 below MSRP in October. I know I could have done better if I would have waited till February or March. But I couldn't wait to get the new toy.
