I think I'll stick with the Plasma Rods before I spend 1k on a rear fender that still has the license plate mount and gets ride of the louvered lights on the bottom. Maybe if the plate and light was recessed and it retained the lower louvered lights.

Wow those lights look like Side marker lights off an 80's model junker... car...

Yeah the old style CVO lights were nice and flush. Those look fugly

Can get a nice aftermarket fender and stretched bags for 1500-2000 that look way nicer then that. That's horrible looking.
