I know they changed to vtwingoodies and the site changed a little. There is no longer a contact number...that I can find. I have tried e-mailing them at the address in the "Contact Us" section twice and it keeps coming back as undeliverable. Anyone know a contact number? I currently have their rider extensions and want the passenger extensions since I recently installed true duals.

 

I have tried to email and contact several times also , no luck so far.

Nice website but noticed that all five of the items listed in the Windshield Trim section are Out of Stock Until 10.12.2013. Other items seem to be available but I'm the kind of person that thinks a phone number is a pretty basic business requirement, so no way would I order through them. Email is meaningless if you have any problems.

Called the number after-hours (10:15 pm California time) and someone answered! He said that he prefers email but does have this number listed.

He also sells on ebay i do believe still under harleygoodies get a hold of him there.

Well this is good info to hear. I was all set to buy floorboard extensions, but if they aren't answer emails for whatever reason, I think I'll hold off.

 

There are other places (and members here) that offer the product. If he/they don't want to be bothered or won't answer, give the others a shot.

 

that's funny because a few days ago I emailed them because I bought a used set of floor board extenders for my wifes fatboy and it didn't come with hardware.he contacted me back ASAP and I explained the situation and he sent me all the hardware and instructions NO CHARGE !! so I wouldn't bad mouth them to much. I have their extenders on my SG also.
