No vibration at all. Can tell it rides rougher on bumpy roads rather than the stock wheel and tire. Harley needs to have Dunlop or another tire manufacturer make other sized tires than one tire for that rim. Need something with a taller sidewall!! I added Ride On Tire sealant and balancer, really like the stuff so far as balancing anyhow.

the reason they don't is because the 16'', 17'', 18'' and 19'' wheel/tire combos all have the same overall diameter. so it doesn't change any of the suspension geometry or sheet metal requirements.
the op has a '13 street glide, that comes with an 18'' wheel/tire. maybe it's just me, but when i changed my 18'' out for a 19'' combo, i could feel absolutely no difference.
Mine seems to ride smooth. No complaints from me or the wife. Of course, I switched out to Agitators before taking mine from the dealer, so nothing to compare it to.
I recently replaced my stock front wheel for a 19" agitator. The ride is considerably different. Definitely more vibration. Is this common?
I would not say it is common, by any means. but you have so many mods on your bike it is going to be hard to tell what changed what. Did you do them one at a time?
The progressive front end was done long before adding the wheel. Its not a ridicious vibration but certainly not as smooth as the stock wheel. Thanks for the responses, i was just curious.

mods were done one at a time, wheel and tire being the last a couple of months ago
i'm running 19 front and 16 rear. best thing i did was take the wheel weights off and installed ride-on, smoothest it's ever been. highly recommend ride-on. i'll never have weights on my wheels again.
