As the title says, I have a brand new Two-Up Tour-Pak Mounting Rack; HD Part Number 53000459 for sale. This is gloss black.

I just received this rack via UPS on 5/26/15. I ordered it from the dealer as the description says it fit King, Chopped, Razor and Leather Tour-Paks. I did not read in the description where it fit 2014 and 2015 bikes only.

I had planned to put this on my 2013 CVO RG, which has a good mix of gloss black and chrome; however, it does not fit.

Dealer wants a 20% restocking fee, as it was "custom ordered". It also did not come with the hardware kit, which is available through HD for a nominal fee. With it not having the hardware, the dealer is balking on taking back....go figure.

If I'm losing 20% on this, I'd rather you all take advantage, rather than the dealer.
