Yes. The detachable rack connects to the 4 point system. That is the same. The only real difference between the 2014 set up and the 2013 set up is the actual tourpak was redesigned and improved.

The rack on this tourpak is for a solo set up but can easily be converted for 2 up. You would need to buy a 2-up plate and replace it with the solo plate that is on it now.
