they pick the colors based on who they think will buy them... old dudes who have trouble or are not physically able to keep a two wheeler up. at that point color doesnt matter its just about being out there.
Actually I do like the 2015 Black Magic, but I do not like the graphics that comes with it. Too bad you can not get it with or without the graphics.
When I first saw one of the Black Magic's at the dealer, I thought the graphic was hideous with the purple. It felt like decal, so would think one could remove. Not sure how hard that would be but probably a body show tell you.
I traded my "11 for a "15 black magic in October. I had 76k miles on the 11. I was surprised at the difference in price that Harley dealers gave me on my trade. I haven't had a chance to update my profile pictures. We rode it to Daytona for Biketoberfest. Love the color and performance changes in the new TG.
