Our free was so close to where it should be I didnt touch it.
the free is a lot lighter that the tri is so I would like to mention that the comfort lift is good when loaded. 2 up, trunk full, t bag on lugglage rack, full. Not a problem. Never bottomed.
Passenger weight is around 375 lbs.

The hole for the bottom shock bolt is further back (and up, to make up the difference), giving the swingarm more leverage on the shock.

This results in the shocks absorbing more of the smaller road irregularities, And, absorbing more of the larger bumps, resulting in less of the bumps being passed thru to the rider and passenger.

Thanks for the input to my question. I took my 2014 TriGlide back to the Harley dealer who installed the lift kit and they tweaked the lights upward some. I'll check them out tonight. I have really noticed the difference in the ride and the ease of turning.
