Compressor for J&S pneumatic lift

I have a Craftsman 1 HP, 3 gallon, 125 PSI compressor and I just ordered a J&S pneumatic lift. I was wanting to know if the compressor I have will be adequate for use with the J&S pneumatic lift?

Marginal at best and it will be very slow if it does. Need a bigger unit honestly.
