A lift table, no question about it. It puts the bike at a better working comfort level and it's much more secure. I would rather be standing up than be down on my knees doing my wrenching.
a lift table can be used for a general purpose workbench if you are tight on space....that's one thing a jack can take up little space where a lift table is...big.
