Cam chest noise

Maybe someone can listen to this and help me identify what is going on here. I am thinking maybe cam bearing or something

I have never worked on a shovel before and I am not sure what kinds of noises are normal.

Agree, pull the cam cover and see what is going on. Also, check the oil screen for debris.
