I bought the trike air wing fender rails # 61400058 and I also wanted the light kit for it # 68388-10 but the problem is that light kit only goes to 2013 and mine is a 14 and the dealer said they don't make a light kit for the 14 and above so question is why can't I use the 13 on a 14 ? Guessing something to do with the wiring ?

 

Not sure of the part numbers, but I had my dealer install the lighted ones on my '14 and they didn't seem to have any problem. They didn't say anything about the install.

Having said that, the LEDs aren't nearly as bright as you might think they are. But I like he rails, they look good, and I use them to hold a couple of ATV fender bags for when we go on long trips, works pretty well.

 

14 and up have the CANBUS wiring, don't if that makes a difference or not
