Smile Fender Protection

Has anyone tried the Armor All custom shield coating for the fenders. I watched a video of this being put on and I was shocked. I thought I better ask before I buy.

I have never seen that product. I am a fan of the 3M film.

I applied the 3M on my fenders as well about a month ago and so far I am really pleased with it. The only thing is that I should have done it earlier as I already had some stone chips in the paint... Wasn't too bad to apply either as long as you take your time and do a proper prep to the application area. Lots of good videos available on line to help...
Good luck with your choice...

I had dealer apply the Harley clear tape kit. It is NOT sufficient. Too narrow and won't protect fenders where they get a lot of chips. A

I had the 3M film installed by a technician trained by 3M. He did a GREAT job. You are correct, the film kits that HD sells does not cover enough of the fender.

I tried to find a 3M applicator in Central Cal and couldn't. Had a local dealer apply Harley kit that just doesnt cover enough. Now I have access to an enclosed trailer and can get trike to anywhere in Cal, Nevada, etc. Anyone know of a good applicator???

really like the mini-saddlebags....keep notepaper, pens, cigarettes, water, etc. well worth the $$

Fender bras don't rub the paint on fenders....clean and shiney underneath!
