I can say now after 10K on the TTS100 Cam, I love it. No more chugging from dead stops on a hill. They turn on the torque at about 1600 RPM and strong all they way through 4K RPM. I have rode the Smoky Mountains and could really tell the difference there. The times before without the TTS100's finding a gear that you could go at slow speeds behind the cage tourist was not easy. Now with the TTS100's it was smooth as one could ask for. Really enjoying how smooth the Tri Glide runs with these cams.

I did a lot of tuning below 2500 RPM's and was able to ride in the 1500's when testing the bike on a slight grade in 6th. Could start at 1500 in 6th and slowly roll the throttle up while climbing a grade. I would guess a 5% grade or a little more. The trike would not buck or spit but climb to speed with no issues.
I would not recommend this type of riding as it adds stress to the primary and crank but... can be done if necessary such as just couldn't get a chance to downshift while in a lower gear such as being in 2nd instead of 1st when you catch half a light to green while rolling.
During my Dyno run data pulls I would take low speed rolling starts at 1400 RPM's or less in third or forth gear.
You may need to work on the tune... do you need assistance doing that? Would be happy to help. Let me know

I normally do not put into 6 gear until I am running about 70 mph. at 70 mph I am at about 2,800 RPM at 80 mph about 3,200 RPM, at 90 mph about 3,900 RPM. That is normally where I stop. The TTS100's have plenty of torque and do make 6th gear usable. I can not say that when I was running stock cams.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for Dyno tune. Scheduled a Dyno tune with Fairbault MN Harley Performance. Heard so many people that have had Dyno performed there and great things about their capabilities. After talking to the people who do the Dyno, I was convinced it is worth it. Appointment set for end of the month.

TTS100 CAM (2013 Triglide)
Well here are the results:
2013 Tri Glide
Vance Hines Power Duals
Rush Big Louie 2" Baffle
Big Sucker AC
TTS100 CAM
Can tell a difference from where I was at. This was a positive experience, and think that Faribault Harley Performance (Jason Kellis) did a great job and got me where I needed to be.
