Default BAL Install

Do you need to take the rear tires off to install the BAL brakes? Thank you in advance!

They are Bright *** Lights (BAL). I bought the brake lights from them and trying to figure out if I might be able to do the install. I'm not mechanical at all but I was able to install the Truck Light Phase 7s on my bike. For me that was a big deal.

Go for it. Plug and play but I took the one off my 09SG only to find I can't use on trike because they changed the way they are made now. Make sure both are same!

IF the lights came with an adapter / splitter plug hook up should be easy. HINT, there are 2 plugs under the seat that look the same. The one you see right off the bat is the WRONG one. There is another just under the metal bracket that connects to your break lights. Plug/sockets look the same. If you hook up your lights, and they don't light up, chances are you got the wrong socket.

Good Luck!

No wheels come off. Just take the two screws from the original lights out, take the light off, unplug it. There is one plug to the light. Replace the original gasket,
Install both lights. Then read the instructions on the three levels of brightness, then you set the pattern on the Lights. Simple job.
