Here is a picture of the DBW 08/09 and up bolt in chain drive conversion kit. I offer for 09 and up baggers I have been getting alot of emails on this. I will have step by step pictures up I hope by next weekend.

It has a 24 front 530 chain and choice of 52 tooth/ 56 tooth
makes stock final drive or a 2.98 or 3.08 I can more. And still uses the IDS system.

 

I was going to ask if you could still use the IDS but you answered that. Sounds like a nice setup.

 

It will handle any power any HD can throw at it. And thanks for the complement.

 

How long is that chain? A 120?

 

It comes very long 130 links so you can size it up. I offer 50 52 54 tooth for rear and 24th front.

For the people who say ya are going backwords by going to a chain your wrong..Yes it was adjusted correctly, no rocks, tension correct all that other crap. It's a 1" belt for F%^&$ sakes..Can you say HD getting in your pocket

09 SG, JIMS 131, DD7 T-MAX, 138 hp 140 trq....oh yea did I mention the Glide is a bit heavy. That my friend is how ya peel or snap a belt..I put one on while waiting for my chain drive kit from Dragos & it lasted less than 2oo miles..a twist of the wrist no clutch...so I will wait for my chain from Dragos..Yes I ride hard, 160lbs soaking wet..I didn't put this together to sit in my shop. anything above 100 hp on a HD touring bike should be running a chain
