Default 2004 FLHT with 21" wheels?

I tried the search mode, past threads etc......Has any members upgraded this mods from 16' stockers to 21" custom wheels? Do I need to find another front fender or will the stock work? Aftermarket fender will show more of the wheel....Wheels, tires, and rotors off a 07 streetglide, will I have any issues with rears? or the fronts? Thanks for any suggestions or feedback. D.

Did everyone buy a Rushmore scooter??.....I'm still loving my Glide. Not broken, ride it........Been a great dependable machine. Working the wheel mod, finally got a$ 1000 deal on wheels, matching rotors, and Meztlers tires that are brand new.....I'm guessing it will work with the front fender. Might have to tilt it forward a little. I will post pix when complete. Congrats ALL you new 2015 HD's owners, starting out with a new slate. I'm about Mission Complete... lets ride...D

I doubt that the OEM front fender will fit with a 21" wheel; stock mounting position is too low. Going from a 16" wheel to a 21" wheel is raising the top of the tire by 2.5" and IIRC, there isn't that much clearance between tire and fender in stock trim.

There are plenty of members who've fitted 21" wheels, but you will probably find them in the Touring section.

Quite right - I just remembered that 'search' doesn't work with numbers! Use 'front wheel' in advanced search for titles, in the touring section, you'll get more than threads on 21" wheels, but they will be easier to find.
