As the title states I have a 2011 Fat Bob with 16,000 on the clock and need to change out the original tires. Been looking at the Michelin MCII tires for front and rear. The rear size from the factory is 180/70-16 but the MCII is only available as a 180/65-16, so it will be about a 1/4" shorter. Front is available in factory size so all is good there. Anyone have any comments on those tires or any reasons why I should stick to the factory HD tires?? Thanks, BTM

 

I just came in moments ago from a 834 mile round trip to nashville. Left Monday after I put a new Commander II on the front. Rear commander II was put on in May. They are smooth and stick pretty well. Not a whole lot of curvy tricky riding but did scrape floorboards a few times. They are good for me and the price was great. $253 for the pair from Rocky Mtn Atv.
