Disabled Rider Mods out Road Glide

By -

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. And don’t be afraid to add a little whiskey to make it really darn good.

That’s a pretty decent analogy for what one Harley-Davidson enthusiast did, but it’s a lot easier to make a Lynchburg Lemonade than it is to mod out your Harley to allow you ride it without the use of your legs!

However, that’s exactly what Paul did. Paul is a disabled rider who did all the mods on his 2004 Road Glide himself in order to enable him to not only cruise the open road, but to transport his wheel chair via his Harley side car, as well. Now that’s making do.

Check out the following video, courtesy of Dennis Kirk, “the world’s largest retailer of aftermarket parts and accessories to the powersports industry.” And while you’re being inspired by Paul’s ingenuity, feel free to make some lemonade of your own.
