The Wheels Through Time museum is known as the “museum that runs.”  The all-American motorcycle museum was founded by Dale Walksler in 1993 as a home to over 300 classic, historic American bikes and exhibits with those bikes at the center.  From vintage Harley’s and Indians to military bikes to flat track racers, the bikes on display paint an extraordinary history of the early days of the American bike scene.

Can’t make it to North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Parkway where the museum is housed? That’s okay. The founders have created a series of videos which document everything from the museum’s holdings to events and restoration tips.

Right now through November 16, the museum is holding a fundraising raffle to win a 1939 H-D EL Knucklehead Bobber.  You can enter online.
