Will do if they give it to me. Interesting, all the searching I did I never saw that site. I did find a code for a 2012 DBP color. If it wasn't so expensive I'd get a small can to test.

I can't remember the guy's name but he exchanges the inner farings . Also located in Florida a few of us on the forum wanted to have the inner faring painted Daytona Blue he also mentioned he hasn't been able to match the paint or buy the paint.
Hopefully someone comes up with a solution

That's Paul, Painted Harley Fairings. I contacted him as well, said he couldn't get a close enough match which is too bad, the painted inner would look really nice. I've got some faith in the painter I talked to, we'll see within a couple weeks.

If it helps, the Harley color code for Daytona Blue Pearl is HAR083. PPG's code is 930016

Ohio Auto Kolor here in Dayton has been trying to help me for 3 weeks now,,, they are a PPG & Shop Line automotive paint supplier... They've been on the phone with PPG twice for me,,, PPG has the Factory Pack only for Daytona Blue Pearl 2 stage pint,,, $299 Color Pint, $299 Clear Pint and will only sell it as a Factory Pack,,, $600....

.
Harley Davidson wants you to buy the Pre-Painted body panels from them, that is why they will not release the Mixing Formulas to the PPG dealers for the newer(last 3-4 yrs.) colors.

I've been trying to match the Daytona Blue Pearl for my buddy's add-on Tour Pak for his '14 Street Glide... What a Frickin hassle. They've scanned the lids and sidecovers to try and come up with a Formula,,, but nothing is close enough yet..

Sam- talked to my painter today and pretty much got the same from him. PPG guy tried to match for 2 hours and finally gave up, going to try some other things. I think it's a pretty douchebag move on HD's part. Hell I'd ship the parts to HD if I thought they would spray them for me.

I went ahead and ordered a 1/2 pint from VMR of the Daytona Blue Pearl...
I'll post some pics of the Tour Pak when I finish it... I know going into it that it's not going to be a perfect match,,, Harley can't even send a single replacement fender or tank and have them match perfectly to the rest of the bike...
