Every year manufacturers make improvements to their products.

Must be some enginuity there, the mounts at cover on the top and sides ant the only way to unscrew them would be from the bottom. I think with the bag on it would be nearly impossible to unscrew all 4 mounts in 30 min. My guess is this guy thought he locked the bags, by didn't. Only explanation in my books.

They are like the gas cap on your car. Once tight the lever stops tightening. You can keep turning the lever without doing any harm.

My guess is they can be over tightened if you would have to really crank on them. Not quite like a gas cap, but the washers and the levers have nubs and divots on them. When tightening it feels like the clicking you get on a gas cap, but it's just setting them in place. My guess I'd the nubs will holt them in place so they don't un screw.
