I haven't had my Road Glide for a few years. Either way it should be right around the back of your stereo somewhere. Looks like you are on a batwing so it would be a bit different than the Road Glide but still the same general area. Let me know if you are on a batwing and I can check to my Street Glide shop manual for a picture.

I am on a batwing, a 2021 Street Glide CVO. (Sunset Orange-Sunset Black Fade) Brand new, still at the dealer. I bought the last one in Ontario back in December. I have the colour matched tour-pak, New Signature Light Bar with sequential turn signals, and the signature side arms. I had a friend give me the entire tour pak harness from an Advanblack light bar. Also the Harley davidson speaker pods and wire harness. I don't want to add another amp if I don't have to. I just want to slap a couple of speakers in the pods and hook them up to the head unit, like on an Ultra Limited. I had an 18 limited and the wife heard the speakers fine on the back. So what speakers would work and is it the same plug (162) in the fair that I tap the tour pak speakers into?
Thanks for your help.

I will take a picture of my shop manual tomorrow for you to show where 162 is. I am pretty sure the CVO comes with an amp, or they used to. When I did my Road Glide the harness was included with either the Harley rear speaker kit or the pods that ran back from the fairing to the speakers. With all the different sources you have gotten parts from and not seeing the bike I am not sure where you need to plug them into. If you have an amp they would plug into the amp.

The cvo does come with an amp, its in the left saddlebag. It powers all four speakers. I really didn't want to tap into that, although I know you can. There is an extra plug in the right side cover and you hook up speaker 76000985 to that and it is on channel 3&4 in the tour pak. I guess it lowers the wattage to 75 per speaker (saddlebag & tour-pak), which is fine with me but, I am asking if the wire harness that came in the tour-pak pod install can plug directly into my head unit. Is the connector 162 actually on the 21 CVO street glide?

Connection 162 for rear speakers is not on the head unit. It has a big *** plug with tons of wires. Connection 162 is a plug off to the side attached to the wiring harness. Here are a couple links that may help. That is about the best I can do as I haven't worked on a CVO to see how they are set up. Here are a couple links that may help. The second link to the Harley document you can click on the pictures to make them larger for more detail. The schematics should at the end be a big help.
