Bunker mentioned Chromed Hog on ebay and they do good work, but they are stickers.

Check out Legacy Baggers on Facebook. He will do whatever you want and they are laser engraved on acrylic. He does great work and you can get matching saddlebag inserts.

He's pretty reasonable. I think my saddlebag inserts were around $35 and he is fast with production once you finalize what you want.
