Default Cost for Stage II or maybe III

So I have a complete stage one on my bike. V&H true Duals and 4.in. Round Exhaust. Factory Look but high Flow Air Cleaner and Custom Dyno Tune.

Can anyone give a ball park cost for Stage II. And then Maybe Stage III also.

Thanks
Shaun

Cams, push rods, lifters, bearings and gaskets about $700-$800 or so in parts. Double that for stage 3 107cu/in so about $1600-1800 would be a guess on stage 3. It depends a lot though on whether you are doing it or someone else and what components you use. Some go all out and some do it frugally. Labor someone else would have to chime in.

Since you have the tuner, exhaust and air cleaner you should be able to do stage 2 for about a $1,000 parts and labor. Stage 3 about $2,500 or so. The stage 3 kit is about $1,600 and labor is 12-14hrs depending on your dealer.
Good luck

Might be worth a call to Gainesville Harley, which depending on where you're located on the panhandle, may not be too far away. I was talking to a guy at J&P Cycles the other day and he claimed they did a Stage 2 on his trike for $500, including parts & labor. I don't know what he already had on his trike. Of course, he could be exaggerating a bit.

If you already have the tuner pipes and air cleaner and you donthe work yourself reusing the stock lifters and pushrods you couldbget off with cams, bearings and gaskets. That is what i was saying when i said the cost can vary greatly

Just completed a stage 3 last week. Had stage 1 completed. Total cost was $2620 which included 1 hr of dyno tune time. That was winter rates (winter...something we have here in Minnesota, ).

Stage II at my local HD parts and labor 900. I did Stage I myself and therefore I already have the SE tuner.

I paid $400 for a Stage 2 kit (Andrews 48 from Fuel Moto) and I am paying $400 to an Indy here in Northern VA for the install.

Jake, are you going to have a shop do it or can you turn wrenches?
