These instructions are from Ciro 3D. Same instructions for the 2019 Heritage and 2019 RGS I had. Give these a try before ripping everything apart. LOL.

 

Despite the learning procedure exist there are situations where it doesn't help. Custom Dynamics has the BCM models stabilizer to resolve the problem.

I'm going thru same issue. But I think it's my LED tail light from Custom Dynamics causing interference to the TPMS. I'll know more tomorrow., did you resolve yours?
