Fully compatible with Apple Car Play, not so much with Android Auto. The new system is powered by Skyline OS
This is the response I got back from H-D when I questioned them about it
All Apple CarPlay projection services from the rider’s device may be applied through the display. Android Auto projection services are not available due to Google exiting Android Auto for motorcycle delivery, but Android users may stream music and place/receive calls through the system. Visit your local H-D dealer for additional details and compatibility requirements.
