****New clutch recall issued 9/8/14****

Thanks for the info. Noticed last night that mine was difficult to push out of the garage with the clutch in/motor off. Normally, rolls just like it is neutral.
Thought that maybe I was imagining things, then sitting at a light I noticed it trying to creep forward.
14 limited, 2400 miles. Guess I load her in the wagon and take her down to the stealership this weekend.
My buddy's 14 SG just had a master cylinder replaced after his failed completely at 325 miles in gravel. He about dumped it. Dealer came 90 miles to pick it up. He is pretty pissed now with this info.

If you have the HD ESP and the dealer keeps your bike or if they decide to issue a Do Not Ride order like last time you can get a rental to ride while the dealer waits on parts. It paid for a rental for 5 days last time. The dealer covered the 2 extra days the ESP wouldn't cover until I got mine back. The ESP have a 5 day limit per occurrence.
We had an overnight trip planned into the mountains to view fall foliage with our wives. The dealer did offer my buddy a free rental but since all the touring bikes in their rental fleet have been recalled, they only had a soft tail slim available. Not really appropriate for a 2-up overnight trip. Cancelled the trip...

Didn't think about that. Last October they still had 13's in the rental fleet. Guess you could go rent a Victory or Indian and turn it in to the ESP
