Here's my FXFBS the day I picked her up from the dealer. Not too many Twists out there, ya know?

The exhaust looks really good mate! Can't wait to see it on your bike and hopefully hear the sound.
So far I've a D&D Bobcat 2-in-1 on order with my local Harley dealer but ETA is about 8 weeks. Thinking of cancelling and going CHD custom route. Also heard of FAB28 the other day. Looks very similar to CHD.
Have you looked into them?
This is what I have on order so far:

D&D EXHAUST; S/TAIL'18UP M8 2:1 BOBCAT BLK W/CARBON SLEEVE MUFFLER
KIT-GASKETS EXH
KIT-SE STAGE 2- TORQUE CAMS
SPROCKET RETENTION BOLT KIT
TC SPACER KIT
SE CAM BEARING
H-D 360 20W50 1-Q
SE BLACK 10MM SPARK PLUG LEADS
K&N HIGH-FLOW ELEMENT

Once this is done, I would looking for BST Carbon wheels, ODC suspension and different bars.
Like you said: "Because I can"

Cheers

Cool.

I like the Fab28 pipe, but the CHD is a work of art in my opinion. We'll see what happens when it comes time to tune it. You might not choose the CHD pipe once Dave tells you the price. LOL

I'm not a fan of the carbon fiber wheels on our heavy bikes...just personal preference. I would look into a lightweight forged aluminum wheel...there are some in the same weight range. If you insist on carbon fiber look at Rotobox wheels.

I think you have a point here re: Carbon Fibre Wheels for heavy biked
Which forged aluminium wheels did you have in mind?
Would you have Dave's direct contact details?

There are a few companies out there making a lightweight wheel or a flat track wheel. Roland Sands, PM, are some big names...then there's San Diego Customs, Bare Knuckle Choppers and I think Kraus all have a version of a lightweight wheel. I even think CHD has a lightweight wheel now. I just went with something I liked and that would be somewhat different, but still give a nod of recognition.

I don't remember Dave's number, but CHD = Calgary Harley Davidson

That turbo is mean as ****. But the pipe looks like somebody's guts got spilled. Cool, but I don't like the different sized mufflers.

Yep, after a long 9yr forum hiatus (and out mobbin' the Street Glide)...I bought a new FXFBS to build. Building it Dyna club style. What I have ordered so far:

-ODC mid glide inverted front end w/radial brake mounts and GPR mount
-Ryd Ion blackline wheels & Metzeler tires w/ a matching pulley
-CHD handmade stainless steel exhaust (<-----NOT CHEAP!!!)
-Hardcase 9.5" riser set and Lucky Dave's riser bar

All that and a new Handy S.A.M. 1200 lift was just over $10k. So, once the cloud settles a bit, I will be ordering the rest:

-Brembo 108mm Monobloc GP4-RS radial mount calipers ------> ordered, shipped, waiting on delivery
-Lyndall black crown cut rotors ------> Going with Galfer or staying stock.
-Ohlins STX-46 rear monoshock ------> probably getting a Progressive 465 w/RAP monshock
-Bung King custom crash bar and passenger pegs ------> might not get
-GPR V4 stabilzer
-Airo brake & clutch adjustable levers
-Saddlemen TR step-up seat ------> this seat cramps me too much (so does the stock seat), need to figure out something else
-either new cams or a 124 kit

And there will be a few other super secret things I will be doing to it as well. LOL Not gonna be a quick build, I gotta be patient!

And, BTW...look for all my take off parts being listed in the classifieds as they become available. Including the whole stock front end!

I'll keep you posted on my progress!
Update on some changes.
