HCP risers and Lucky Dave's bars? If so, did you have a gap between your bars and risers where it clamps? I've got them tightened pretty good but still have a gap but its solid and doesn't move. I don't know if that's common when using risers / clamps or not.

Bike looks great though. I miss having aa fairing like my previous street bob but I don't want to mess with a headlight swap at the moment and I don't care for the current fairing offerings for the stock light.

I have a gap as well. Lucky Dave's knurl is aggressive and the tolerances on the HCP set are pretty spot on...so, there will be a bit of a gap. I hit up HCP and they said the same thing. I can live with it.
