They felt pretty good today. Only two things I don't like:
- They have a "boxie" profile on the front of the leaver...I prefer smooth & curved
- The flat area where your fingers go is a little shorter and further from the pivot pin. Almost like 3 1/2-finger levers instead of 4-finger levers.

All-in-all I like them better than stock. I am used to having adjustable levers on my adventure bikes, so this upgrade was going to happen sooner or later :icon_hyper:

I'm at #1 on the brake and #2 on the clutch.

I picked up oil for my 5k-mile service today. I dare not say what kind :icon_bricks: :icon_couchhide:

I take it you still get plenty of clutch disengagement?

Do you feel the lever area is just a touch small for 4 gloved fingers?

I can pull those levers with one finger. This is the third bike I have these levers on. This is always brought up about Oberon levers and is a non issue. Just ride with them and enjoy. I never noticed or pay attention to how may fingers I use.

Yup...definitely plan on doing that. Just a little aclimation. Plus, I want to make sure other folks reading know exactly what they are getting if they choose to go this route.

I have arthritis in my right hand. I have to lift my hand up and paw the brake lever. Can't straighten out my fingers. Would these levers help me use just my index finger? Only one that kinda works.

I would say so. I can use my front brake with just one finger, but I make it habit to use two...just in case average braking turns into emergency braking unexpectedly.

When things get busy i over ride the pain. It would be nice to one finger in a parking lot or just coming to a stop. As it is I am pretty hard on the back brake. Lol
