I have that speedo for sale in unused condition. See the classifieds.

I also have the stock speedo apart the clean the glass lens and paint the bezel flat black to match the newly flat black powder coated speedo housing. Any tricks or products one can apply to the underside of the glass to keep the condensation from creeping back?

I stuffed foam in under the opening at the front and bottom of the dash unit to keep cold air from blowing in there and under the speedo. I bought my bike in June of last year and don't ride in the Winter so I have no idea if it will help in the cool Spring weather but it did seem to keep me out of the club while riding in the cool Fall last year. Took the bike off the rode on Nov. 1st. Given the problems people have had I doubt my attempt to prevent it will work in all conditions but I'm hoping it will.

I do know that there seems to be things that HD more or less turns a blind eye to, after making decisions based on cost during design rather than drawing from their long history of building and warrantying motorcycles. Some things, like the speedo condensation, rattling gas caps, fluid migration, sumping, brake and clutch issues, etc seem to indicate poor R&D and/or an unwillingness to spend enough to design, build, and equip their bikes with quality and well-designed components. I can't but think that this behavior as much as market downturns will come back to bite them in the form poor future sales.

If you think H-D's have a problem with this you should see what Triumph owners have to deal with.
