New to the shotgun and still messing around with the switches. So far I like to air both all the way up and then drop the back switch down a few inches. Sometimes it's a little spongy there and need some help on what does what to stiffen it up.
So at that setting, to stiffen and keep same ride height, do I add air on the front switch ( push switch up) or do I push down on the switch. For some I can't figure out what one hardens it up without changing height.

How about a little tutorial on people's settings:

 

First I dump the switches then I start my sled up and mob the fawk out.

 

Add more air to the ride height switch to stiffen it up once you have lowered it to the height you want with the rebound switch.

 

I do as you said, I air both up (switches up). Then push the rear switch down to slam her. The rebound at least on mine is stiff at that point. Then to soften it up, I push down the front switch a little at a time.

I think if you go up and firm at first, then adjust your ride to where you like it with the back switch, it's just a matter of pushing down the front switch to soften her up. It doesn't take much.

I could be wrong, but that's how I've been doing it and it seems to work. lol

I go firm first, but when I push the rear switch down (for ride height?) it doesn't stay firm there.

So should I be pushing down the front switch for height. So both all up, then a little down on front switch

 

I need one of these here shotguns, too bad theyre in the excess of 1300$, oh next year..........after wheels and the 107 kit haha

Just kiddin, brah! I go about 20-30 seconds up the front switch (firmness)

Then I lower the rear to where I want it.

Then it's all gravy from there. Adjust either as you will.

When I ordered the Shotgun I was under the impression that regards of ride height you could set the system as soft or as firm as you want. After playing with it for about a week it seems as though that is not the case. However, the ride of the system at the ride height I usally use is simply amazing and light years better than the stock setup.

Of course, there is the possibility that I am using it incorrectly.

Regardless, I am really pleased with the Shotgun system and it is money well spent especially for those of use running big wheels and the front slammed. It really does bring back the ride that you lose when going with the 21 and lowering the front 2 inches.

 

Same here!! It seems when I lower it with the rear switch it's looses it's firmness, not really a big deal except for when I'm rideing 2up but I'm still a little confused on how to raise up or down with out changing the firmness and vice versa!!
