Road test!
Just wanted to say thank you for the help with getting my RGS to sound a lot better. Y’all rock!

Take a look at the pics. Ask questions if you want. I made my brackets out of aluminum flat stock. They are held up by the radio’s stock bolts. I just ran them up from the bottom and used red lock tight on them and put nuts on the them to hold the new stereo down. The remote gain adjustment: I adjusted it, marked its adjustment with paint, taped over it to secure it and finally zip tied it to the harness under the fairing as I see no need to have it accessible.
