Any plug and play besides Sony for Rushmores?
My bike has the 4.3 that fogged up in the third month of ownership traveling to BBB in Ark. Dropped at dealership when it fogged again on a January ride and was able to show the service manager that day. They went through 4 new radios from MOCO before even getting one that worked. Picked up the bike around Feb 1 after 3 weeks at the dealer. Got to finally ride it this Weds and less than 5 minutes in the new radio fogged up!!! I intentionally bought a bike with 4.3 to avoid the glare issues the 6.5 can cause but at this point I'm considering either seeing if MOCO will let me install the 6.5 and me pay the difference or possibly go with an aftermarket system on my own. The Sony not being waterproof is kind of an instant deal breaker for me even getting the more expensive BT unit. Not looking for anything more than what the 4.3 can deliver as far as sound goes and Nav is not a requirement since I use my phone and Sena headset instead. And yes I know about the Sounds/GTS but $2100 is out of the question right now. My bike stays in my garage under a thin cover to keep dust off. This unit has never been wet!

I don't know of anything other than the Sony. Biketronics offers the Sony with a waterproof cover. Other than that I'd consider the Boom 6.5 unit.
Another thing to keep in mind, the Sony is a 4ohm HU and will not play with your factory speakers.

Wasn't aware of the speakers not working with the Sony. Thanks!!! Would prefer to just get a 4.3 that doesn't fog up and works properly but having doubts Harley can even get me one at this point. I don't know how these screens are going to hold up long term if they're fogging. My dealer has been great so far dealing with Moco on this issue so I'm going to see how Moco will handle me doing the 6.5 swap. Worst case I do it on my own from Ebay or here for likely less money but no warranty on the unit.
