I was looking to replace the 5.25 inch speakers in my batwing fairing since one is blown out. Does anyone recommend a set that is good that comes with black grills. I'd like to replace the stereo too so that I have Bluetooth. Kicker sells a complete kit , 4 speakers and kenworth stereo for 400. Is that a decent deal ? Thanks in advance .

 

What year bike?

I would not recommend spending money on 5.25" speakers or any "kits" out there.

If you bike is 2013 or older, you can do 6.5" speakers, adapters, Bluetooth stereo with handlebar controls, amp/wiring for around $500. And that will kill any "kit" you can get out there for that price.

 

It's a 2007. How would the adapters work if i currently have 4 speakers in the fairing ?

 

Ahh, gotcha. So it's not a batwing fairing on a Street Glide.

If your stuck with 5.25, kicker does make a decent set of those.
