2018 Ultra limited, when I try to make a hands free call I do not seem to be able to connect with the system by voice. Also when called I can barely hear the person calling when the bike is not running. They can hear me clearly and with good volume but no joy on my end, volumes are turned up to the max on the bike and my android phone. Any help would be appreciated

 

The volume control is separate for each function in the system - radio/cb/intercom/phone. Turning up the volume on your radio will not increase the volume of your phone. Increase the volume on the phone as you're using it.
