I recently had new throttle and idle cables put on my 94 sportster 1200. Now the throttle will not release automatically. It is like having cruise control. While that can be cool, I would like it to release. The tension has been adjusted, grips adjusted,etc. I have tried all the suggestions I have seen on other sites to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas to save me an expensive trip to the dealership? Other than that the bike runs great..no farting, nada. My thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
