Default How to clean black engine pieces without water?

I very seldom wash my bike, I usually wipe it down thoroughly every other ride or so. It's quicker than dragging out the hose and bucket. But on my Street Glide I'm getting a lot of bug splatter on the left side of the engine next to the chrome primary cover. How do I clean the black parts of the engine without using water? Pig snot? Something else?

I know that some detailers are using "ONR" Optimum No Rinse waterless wash on cars, check it out. I've never used it myself but some swear by it. Maybe you can find someone who can chime in about using it on the engine.
