I need to bite my tongue right now but F@CK I'm pissed! I left Kirby a voicemail and email and I'm hoping he will make this right. Who's fault it is, is of no concern to me but I'm not leaving a cracked (brand new) cylinder on a fresh motor that I paid good money for. Getting on the other bike is a bad idea, I'm going to sit down with this 12 pack. Unreal man...

 

Something like this can be a pisser for both ends; out with the bad, in with the good, it will work out.
This fellow you dealt with always sounded like a person who would ensure his work and goods so although it must have happened in shipping he will no doubt back it up and make it correct, should have been insured anyway.

It's a pisser of a setback but that's all it is, it will get straight.
