What model bike is that, and what lowers did you use for the dual disc conversion?

The FXDWG3 is a somewhat rare factory custom with a production of less than 1700 bikes. IMO I would keep it stock or close to stock as possible. You would have to ditch your custom headlight to put the factory fairing back on.
Either way still a sweet bike.

It's a plain ol' 1999 FXD, Super Glide. I got the fork tubes from a '93 Low Rider. I would have liked to update them to 2000-2005 legs, but those are scarce and expensive. I will probably replace the stock calipers with Wilwoods at some point.

I love them. Very comfortable hand position. I used all stock cable. I had to buy a 1" riser extension because my bike has the integrated riser. Here's the link on eBay where I bought it.

how tall are you? and are your arms parallel with your shoulders or are they lower and relaxed? i can't seem to decide between 12'' or 14'' i might need to just cut something out of cardboard or something to mock up my positions.

I'm 5'8". Arms are perfectly parallel. One other thing to note, the steering became a lot more responsive. As with anything, I had to get used to it, now I love how fast the steering response is.
