Default how do you jack up your fat bob?

wondering how ya'll get your fat bob up on a bike jack with it's flat platform with the bike having an uneven frame bottom due to the safety bar welded in place to protect the undercarriage?I'm thinkin just some scrap wood to shim it but that might get in the way of the work.

There's a thread here somewhere on how to convert a sears jack to work for the dynas. I don't have the link though.

Default how do you jack up your fat bob?

I use a HF ATV jack. Cut 3 pieces of 2x4 @3"-4" long. Use them at the front right and left, and at the rear left corners along the frame. Be mindful of the clutch cable and the bottom of the motor. Then a similar sized piece of plywood @3/4" thick for the right rear along the extended frame guard, again mindful of some wires that run along there.
You have to hold the bike upright to get the jack under but its not a big deal, takes a minute or two to setup.
I've been meaning to dress up the "pads" with maybe some carpet and some Velcro on the jack for convenience, but it just hasn't happened...

I have an old Larin jack from around 2004...looks alot like the sears one. I just mod'd it like the link (theres even a youtube video if you google dyna jack mod or something). Works great.

I tend to do everything myself and don't usually ask for ideas but I find myself getting just ****in lazy in my old age. Thanks for all the tips. Found the jack mod video but use the jack for 2 bikes and don't want to mod the jack itself.
