Default Lords of Gastown Nightcrawler, Motoillumination or Moons MC Headlight

Going to pull the trigger on a LED headlight here soon. I am stuck between the three noted. I have seen positive reviews for the Moons and Motoillumination on the forum lately, but LOGT have a "Nightcrawler" I am also considering. Anyone have any experience with the Nightcrawler? Price is in CAD so prices are comparable between all within $50.

It says 247 USD when I click on it. Way more (at least in US) than the Moto or the moons.

Might be great, but looks to me like a standard Daymaker knock-off. (Like the MoonsMC)

By the time I get moons here it's 250 CDN, so ya you're right $100 difference between least expensive (moons) and most (LOGT) with the moto coming right in-between.

They all look pretty great. But untried products nevertheless from a longevity standpoint. Personally I'd get whichever floats your boat and see how it lasts. I have the first gen Moto illumination and couldn't be happier. Great price and service for a product that is (so far) perfect for my needs.

If it helps, the service and support from Ryan and Nicole at Moto is second to none.

I have had the " Harley brand Daymaker ". My Moonsmc light is as bright and am totally stoked on it and cant beat the price. And the look. The look is what sold me as the Moto illum look didnt float my boat. But hey to each his own

I'm not convinced in parts made by Lords. Seems like a try hard version of roland sands but without the credibility. They are too busy making tshirt and vests looking like something from SOA and appealing to those "image" driven crowds. Many people roll their eyes whenever that brand gets brought up in a convo here locally on vancouver. My 2 cents. To each their own.

After a short deliberation, I decided to go with the Motoillumination 2nd gen. I will report back.

I ordered the sunlight creator from Speed Kings Mfg. It cost $130.
