I have had an Ultracool Reefer Oil Cooler installed on my 2017 Lowrider S. Ever since it was installed my running lights will go out after going about 10 miles and my fuel gauge shows low range when I just filled up. Seems like when the dual fans kick on is when this happens. Has anybody else had an issue with this happening with their FXDLS?

No, but if you tapped power off the rear brake light switch like the instructions tell you that could be your problem. It's screwing with the can bus

There is an accssary plug in the left side cover. HD sells an accessory adapter that plugs in to that. Tap your power off that.

HD electrical connection harness Kit number 72673-11

To all you guys who installed the bars on your LRS, was removing the tank necessary to get to all the connections or can I just pop that grommets out and get to them that way?

I just did my bars this past week and just slid the tank back which gave me plenty of space. GL

No need to mess with the tank. I put 10” risers and 3.5” rise bars on mine. Just pull the grommets and fish the slack out.
