Default 88 vs. 96

I was wondering why you can't bore a 88 cubic incher to like a 110 or 112 like the screamin eagle dyna??

103's the biggest displacement???

I don't get it,,, someone let me know.

And anyone notice any difference between the 2?

your buddy,

-J

Default RE: 88 vs. 96

You can with a 88 but involves boring the cases, and changing the stroke. The 96 is easier cause tha stroking is already done, but the the case will still need to be bored. I have an 88 and my wife has a new 07 with the 96. I find that the 96 off the line has alot more, but at cruising speeds i dont feel much of a difference. I find that the 88 revs higher also
