They should. I owned a 2006 Wide Glide until April. I bought 2 sets of pipes for that bike and they showed fitment for both Super Glide and Street Bob of the same year.

Only differences might be foot peg placement, depending on the chosen pipes. All TC pipes will interchange regardless of year, differences are O2 sensor and Trans mount on Dynas. I run 07 SG pipes on my 05 WG, just had to fabricate my own Trans mount.
