Default Bringing front blinkers closer to bars

Ok guys so I'm new here so fill free to link me to another thread if this horse has already been beat. How do I bring my front blinker up closer to the handlebars like I see some of you have? I don't like them hanging down so far it really clutters it up. I may move them to the forks later but wanna try this first.

Plenty of relocate kits, usually they will attach to the fork tube beside the head light.

Have you tried to remove the spacers and the nuts? you may be able to thread the bolt up more.
